Well hello everyone! It's been awhile since my last post and thought I would check in and say hello. I hope you are all having a fabulous summer. We've been keeping busy here and just enjoying what is left of these warm months. It won't be long now before school will be starting back up.
I've also been spending quite a bit of time in my studio which has been wonderful. Trying to make more time for myself in there...not just during release week but every week. Over the weekend I created this little number...
I used Floral Foliage (released last month) and die cut my tree out of My Mind's Eye patterned paper.
My little birds are from Tweet Talk and of course I added all of my favorite things...glitter, ribbon, stitching and a lace doily! :)
Thanks to my extra stamping time I have been having I will be back again tomorrow with another card for you (and maybe even a little giveaway)! I hope you all enjoy your day. Thanks for stopping by!

Beautiful!

Melissa, really cute card. I love the glitter on the edge of the tree. I must try that.

Melissa, the card is beautiful. I love the sentiment. Could you please give me the name of the sentiment stamp set. Thank you

Sorry I knew the tree was from Floral Foliage, but just noticed the sentiment was too.

This is such a pretty card, Melissa. I love how soft and pretty all the elements are. I received my Floral Foilage stamp set in the mail after release, but we had to leave for vacation shortly after that, so I haven't had a chance to use it yet. But I am sooooo excited to break it out now that we're home! Thanks for sharing your lovely creation. ;-) (And I hope you DO find more creative time!)
