Hello everyone and welcome again for day 4 of this months Papertrey Ink countdown. Just one more day to go before you will be able to view and purchase Flower Fusion #9 as well as all of the other new Papertrey products you've been seeing. I have a few more things to share with you today using my latest set so lets get started.
Today's colors...
I wanted to do something big and bold for today...something a bit different. I started by pulling out my collection of Distressed Dots patterned paper. I chose my colors, posted above, and then ran them through my die machine using the leave die from Sending You.
Here is a bunch of them all together. I think you know where I'm going with this! Yup, a large daisy! :)
I love how you can use products, like the Sending You leave die, for something other than just what it was created for. Makes creating so much fun!
For the flowers in the center of the large flower I used Vintage Cream felt and the coordinating Flower Fusion # 9 die. I ran it through 3 times for each card and the tag. After running them through I used my small scissors and cut down each petal. I did this on one of my cards from day 2 also...just makes the flower not so stiff looking. I cut the third flower in half and then just layered them over one another...two whole flowers first and then I rolled the half flower and attached it.
The tag was created using the Tag Sale #1 die. I used a couple of images from Button Boutique on both the tag and card. 'Make a wish!' is part of the Flower Fusion #9 set.
For this card I used the sentiment 'Wonderful friend' from Think Big Favorites #4. Again I used the stitched image from Button Boutique and stamped it across the bottom of the patterned paper.

As always every month I am excited to see the new Flower Fusion design for the month and you never dissapoint!
This stamp set with the die will be the first thing in my cart, I just cannot not resist this series of stamps, they just make me happy.

LOVE those big, huge daisies made with the Sending You leaves! Oh my word! And those adorable felt daisies - too cute. Great, great cards. You do such a wonderful job illustrating how these products can be used in such a variety of ways in so mnay beautiful colors. Thanks! ;-)
