Welcome back everyone for day 3 of my July Papertrey Ink peeks. Today I'm going to share projects with you using my last set being released this month...Hanging Out!
Hanging Out
- there are 30 images - a clothesline, 1 pair of outlined overalls, 1 outlined sundress, 1 outlined t-shirt, 2 outlined onsies, 1 outlined bib, 1 patterned bib, 2 patterned onsies, 2 patterned t-shirts, 3 pockets, 2 pair of socks, 4 flowers, 1 star, 1 clothespin, 1 grass image, 4 sentiments
- will retail for $24
- has a coordinating die for all of the clothing
- available July 15th on the Papertrey Ink website
One thing I love about some of Papertrey Ink's dies is that they come on one plate so it allows you to create a bunch of images at once. So for todays first project I started by running the Hanging Out dies through my die machine 3 times using 3 different colors of the Bitty Box patterned paper....Aqua Mist, Ocean Tides and Ripe Avacado. After doing this I stamped each image using the coordinating outlined stamp image.
Using some of those images I created this super clean and simple card. I used Kraft cardstock as my base and then created a clothesline out of white crochet thread.
The clothing pieces were adhered with foam adhesive. Thank heaven for little boys! is part of Hanging Out! Boys and girls are separate from the rest of the sentiment giving you a bit more versatility when using them.
I did the same for this next card but used girly colors of Bitty Dot Basics patterned paper....Summer Sunrise, Lavender Moon and Plum Pudding.
These would be so super easy to mass produce!
For todays final card I went with a pink and yellow color scheme.....Lemon Tart and Raspberry Fizz. The grass strip was stamped in Simply Chartreuse and then I stamped one of the flowers in the set in Raspberry Fizz.
Notice the overalls...I layered one of the t-shirts underneath! How cute is that?! I know I'm going to be doing this a lot and mixing up all the clothing pieces. 'Welcome, little one!' is one of the sentiments in the set.
I've just barely touched the surface of this stamp set! Nichole and Betsy both shared projects using Hanging Out as well as Sweet As Can Be a couple of days ago. Their projects were just AMAZING!!
And there is still more to see from these ladies....
So glad you popped in today! I'll see you right back here tomorrow with more to share!

Hi Melissa!
This set is just truly amazing!!! I love these images, they are just so cute and cuddly!! You have designed such gorgeous baby sets this month and in June! Perfect, 'cause babies are popping up all around me, ha ha, and I don't want to make similar cards and these new sets make it so easy to make stunning cards!! Love it all!!
Wishing you a wonderful day!
Hugs, Wendy
P.S. Just curious, did you already find the lace ribbon for me? No hurry, just curious! If not, no problem! Should I send you the pay by Paypal in advance, by the way?

ADORABLE. I love the simplistic-ness of the first two cards. They'd be so easy to mass produce for baby shower invites or birth announcements!

I just got back from six days of vacation, most of those days in Maine (I fell in love with Maine!). Just now catching up on the PTI countdown and just so excited about all three of your sets. All three are on my buying list for the 15th.
You are so awesome, I am already trying to settle down my excitement of getting these stamps sets (and dies) so I can make it through until it gets to me through snail mail.

Can't wait for this set! Amazing and so darn cute! I agree on your comment about the dies that incorporate so many pieces, it really simplify's the process. Great samples (why am I not surprised), the wheels are in motion.

Love this set! When PTI was having the drawing for a Guest Designer I had a clothesline set on my list in case I won. So glad to see we were on the same page.
